Essential Information

From your very first visit to my practice, I can assist you with the most important aspects of the therapy you need, offering continuous advice and support as well as individual programmes for you to follow at home. The following pages outline key information on my practice and therapies.

Your first appointment: what should I bring with me?

It's best to wear casual, comfortable clothes. Bring details of current medication and medical conditions, such as allergies, high blood pressure, pregnancy, etc.  A full assessment of contra-indications will be made at your first visit.

 

Please print out and complete the attached form and bring it with you to your first appointment:

Prices of Treatments

Cancellation Policy

All treatments are private.

 

Myofascial Release:

 

First Myofacial release consultation

and treatment:

one and a quarter hours.   £85

                                      

Further:

One hour treatments             £75

 

  

Reflexology:

First Consultation: one and a quarter hours. £55

Further treatments: one hour treatment.     £50

 

All other treatment:

First Consultation: one and a quarter hours  £70

Further treatments: one hour treatment.     £60

 

It is our policy to charge for late cancellation of appointments or if you fail to attend your appointment.

 

If you need to cancel your appointment please give the following notice:

  • One hour appointments - minimum 24 hours notice of cancellation
  • Appointments longer than one hour - minimum 48 hours notice of cancellation 
  • First consultations - minimum 48 hours notice of cancellation

 

Clients who fail to give the required notice under the cancellation policy, or to attend their appointment, will be charged the full fee for that appointment.

 

We charge a cancellation fee because other clients who may be in pain could have had that appointment.
